A 29 year old man from Rapid City convicted of Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person has been sentenced in federal U.S. District Court.
Seth Noll must spend 42 months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
