A 20 year old woman from Allen, South Dakota, convicted of Second Degree Murder has been sentenced in federal court.
Jonnie Fineran, age 20, must spend 21 years in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
The murder charge stemmed from Fineran, acting with a juvenile cohort, killing a man by stabbing him repeatedly with a knife in July 2020 in Manderson, South Dakota.
