The State Fair of Texas doesn’t kick off until September 30 but already the semi-finalists for best fair food have been announced. Some of the semi-finalists are Deep Fried Praline Cheesecake Eggroll; Smoked Bacon Wrapped Cookie Dough Balls; Fried Texas Fruit Salad; Deep Fried Southern Dessert Dumplings; Deep Fried BLT.
