SEPTEMBER 21, 2022:
The 2022 Stanley County High School Homecoming Royalty was selected at coronation festivities Tuesday, September 20. Kori Endres was chosen as queen and Colt Norman was selected as king. The two will preside over Buffalo Homecoming festivities the balance of the week. The royal court includes Olivia Chase, Aleeyah Schilling, Abby Wyly, Nathaniel Nelson, Jackson Robbennolt and Max Scott. Second grade crown bearers were Audree Prince and Cruz Odden.
SEPTEMBER 1, 2022:
Stanley County School District Homecoming activities will be held the week of Sept. 19-23, 2022. The theme is “Lights, Camera, Action!”
Congratulations to the following Stanley County Seniors that were selected for the 2022 Homecoming Court.

Coronation festivities are Tuesday, Sept. 20 in the Middle-High School Gym in Fort Pierre beginning at 7pm CT.
Homecoming events include dress-up days as follows:
- Monday-dress as your favorite film/movie character,
- Tuesday-red, white & blue,
- Wednesday-decades day,
- Thursday-class colors,
- Seniors and 5th grade wear white,
- Juniors and 4th grade wear red,
- Sophomores and 3rd grade wear blue,
- Freshmen and 2nd grade wear yellow,
- 8th grade and 1st grade wear purple,
- 7th grade and kindergarten wear orange,
- 6th grade and JK wear black.
The Homecoming parade is Friday, Sept. 23, with the time to be determined. Activities conclude with the Buffaloes vs. the White River Tigers at 7pm CT at Ole Williamson Field in Fort Pierre.
