PRESHO – The Lyman Raiders were gobbled up by a bunch of Gorillas.
The Gregory Gorillas had three touchdown passes from Rylan Peck Friday in winning over the Raiders 31-6 to advance to Thursday’s 9A championship game.
After trailing 6-0, the Raiders scored on a 37-yard touchdown pass from Teagan Gorneau to Tance Wagner in the second quarter to tie the game at 6-6. But Gregory scored twice in the second quarter after that and tallied the last 25 points of the game. Lyman (9-2) managed only six first downs.
Gregory (10-1) will play Wagner Thursday at the DakotaDome in Vermillion.
