Passing of Vern Thorson & Bridge lighting

This morning Ft. Pierre Mayor Gloria Hanson stopped by the KGFX studio to talk about the bridge lighting with Big Daddy Dave. The Bad River pedestrian bridge will be lit purple this evening for World Pancreatic Cancer Day. She also talked about Vern Thorson who passed away recently and will be missed around the community. His visitation will take place after the ceremony at the Pat Duffy Community Center.
