Winners’ artwork from the South Dakota Health Care Association Dakota MasterWorks Art Show will be on display today (Jan. 24, 2023) from 6-8pm in Gallery D of the Ramkota Hotel in Pierre.
Over 40 winning entries can be viewed. Entrants’ ages this year ranged from 60 to 95 years old. Entries will be showcased in the following categories: Oil, Watercolor, and Acrylic Painting, Drawing/Pastels/Scratchboard, Photography, Wood Carving and Mixed Media. The categories were divided into two age groups: Experienced = age 60 – 79; Masters = age 80+.

The National Mature Media Awards has recognized the SDHCA Dakota MasterWorks Art Show as a prestigious community awareness program.
The SDHCA Dakota MasterWorks Art Show, hosted by South Dakota Health Care Association (SDHCA), First Interstate Bank, KELOLAND Television and Legacy, was created to showcase the art talents and creativity of older South Dakotans.
