At Wednesday’s (March 8th) regular meeting of the Mobridge City Council, the council approved the plans and advertising for bids on the concrete water tank project north of the city near the golf course. A representative from the Moore Engineering firm told the council that advertising for bids will not begin until the Department of Agriculture & Natural Resources approves the project.
The council also gave approval to a pay request in the amount of $309,231.12 to Northern Plains Contracting for the screw pump project at the water plant.
A pay request to O’Day Equipment for the airport fuel tank project was approved in the amount of $179,417.01. Mobridge City Finance Officer Heather Beck said the fuel tank is up and running.
Mobridge City Council meetings are open to the public.
