Some people need to be in a bed to fall asleep, others are capable of nodding off ANYWHERE . . . even on a pile of underwear.
A recent survey asked people for their “alternative sleep spots” . . . and 51% claimed the couch. But it’s surprising that percentage wasn’t higher, because the other options seem . . . less optimal.
44% said they’ll catch some Zs on the carpet or a rug . . . 43% said an armchair works . . . 36% said at a table or a desk . . . 30% said “on top of laundry” (uh, let’s assume that’s CLEAN laundry) (???) . . .
And 15% said outside, maybe on a hammock or lounge chair.
