FULL STORY: If you’ve already torn through that Easter candy, something else sweet is on the horizon . . .
Starting tomorrow, McDonald’s will have a new McFlurry on its menu . . . a Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry.
It’s their normal vanilla soft serve, with strawberry-flavored “clusters” and shortbread cookies mixed in. They’ve actually had it on the menu in Singapore for a while, but it’s the first time they’re selling it in the U.S.
It’ll be available at participating locations nationwide. But it’s a spring thing, so it’s only around for a limited time. (Here’s a photo.)
McDonald’s ice cream machines are notorious for breaking down, by the way. So if you want to make sure you can get one, check this website first . . .
A few years back, someone launched the site McBroken.com that tells you if your local McDonald’s ice cream machine is working or not. At any given time, around 10% of them are out of service.
