Pierre Wins 12 Events At Al Sahli Track And Field Invitational

PIERRE – Pierre Governor athletes earned 12 first-place finishes Thursday at the Al Sahli Invitational Track & Field meet at Hollister Field at Phil Trautner Stadium, in a meet that also featured Aberdeen Central and Watertown.

For Pierre, the girls winners were Kali Ringstmeyer in the 100 and 200 meters, Grace Richter in the 400 meters, Danielle Beck in the 300 meter hurdles, Lennix DuPris in the 800 meters, Reese Terwilliger in the shot put and Maya Shorter in the discus.

Pierre boys winners were in the 4×800 relay (Jared Lutmer, Caleb Morris, Alex Oedekoven, Haeden Wheelhouse), Lutmer in the 800 meters, Landon Bertram in the 200 meters and Jason Maciejczak in the shot put and discus.
