The Pierre Area Chamber of Commerce has chosen 15 individuals to participate in the 2023-24 cohort of Leadership Pierre.
CEO Alicia Fabel says the program provides opportunities to foster community awareness through tours showcasing the various sectors of the local economy, encouraging community engagement through volunteerism, supporting leadership skill development and experiencing and facilitating network expansion. She says Leadership Pierre is dedicated to cultivating well-rounded leaders who are prepared to lead the response to civic, governmental, business and industry challenges in the Pierre/Fort Pierre area.
