Aberdeen Central Hands Governor Volleyball First Loss

ABERDEEN – Pierre Governor Volleyball took its first loss of the season in four matches Saturday, losing on the road to Aberdeen Central 20-25, 25-21, 25-21, 25-17.

Grace Kuch had 15 kills for the Golden Eagles.  Lauryn Burckhard recorded 14 kills. Ayrlie Waldo and Emma Dohrer each recorded three aces. Taryn Nieman had four blocks.

For Pierre (3-1), Reese Terwilliger led with 12 kills, three aces and two blocks.  Abby Kropp had 11 kills and two aces.  Elly Broers served four aces. Makayla Sherwood had two blocks.
