Trailers, campers, boats must be moved off Pierre streets by Monday

Pierre residents must have all trailers, campers and boats moved off of city streets by Monday (Nov. 13, 2023).

City Utilities Director Brad Palmer says having those vehicles moved helps with future snow removal efforts by allowing plows to work from curb to curb.

Palmer says when two or more inches of snow comes down, they will issue an Emergency Snow Alert.

Palmer says people will get advance notice notice about snow plowing operations.
