Kafka Scores 3 More In Capital Girls’ Win At Sioux Center

SIOUX CENTER, IA – Who will stop Brylee Kafka?  No one has yet in hockey season.

Kafka scored three more goals Saturday to give her eight in three games as the Oahe Capital girls defeated the Sioux Center Storm 4-2 at Vernon Arena.

Kafka scored only 55 seconds into the game, then scored again just nine seconds into the second period.

Emily Nemec scored just 19 seconds later for a 3-0 lead for Oahe (2-0-1-0).

Kafka’s hat trick was achieved at 4:20 of the third period.

The Capitals had a 32-24 shot advantage.  Sophia Peschong stopped 22 Storm shots.
