LAWRENCE, KS -South Dakota State University guard Zeke Mayo has announced on social media his decision to transfer schools for his final season of collegiate eligibility. The Summit League’s Most Valuable Player will take his talents to the University of Kansas to be a Jayhawk. Mayo averaged 19 ppg this year and 18 last season, leading the Jackrabbits in the scoring category both seasons. Mayo had narrowed his final list of schools down to Kansas, Creighton, Oklahoma and Texas. Mayo is a Lawrence, Kansas, native where the University of Kansas is located.
