Pierre track meet, softball games on Friday and Saturday rescheduled due to expected bad weather

Because of expected inclement weather on Friday and Saturday (April 19-20, 2024), the Pierre School District has rescheduled some sports events.

Athletic Director Brian Moser says Friday’s Pierre Legion Track Meet has been rescheduled to Monday, April 22. All event times and locations will be the same.

Moser says the softball games in Pierre vs. Harrisburg on Friday have been rescheduled for May 6. Varsity game starts at 4pm, JV game at 6pm.

He says the softball games that are scheduled to be played in Pierre on Saturday vs. Brandon Valley are now scheduled for May 14. Varsity game starts at 4pm, JV game at 6pm.
