Harrisburg tops Class A baseball poll; Dell Rapids tops Class B

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Pierre received votes but not enough to crack and top 5 of the South Dakota High School Baseball Coaches Class A poll. The second week of the poll has Harrisburg sitting in the number 1 position garnering 40 points. Brandon Valley is second with 27 points. O’Gorman, Lincoln and Rapid City Stevens round out the top 5. Jefferson and Pierre also received votes.

The Class B portion of the poll has Dell Rapids leading the rankings followed by Dakota Valley. Vermillion is third with Lennox and Madison rounding out the top 5 poll. Howard, Elk Point-Jefferson, St. Thomas More, Parkston and Winner also received votes.
