It’s no secret that “Joker: Folie à Deux” didn’t do so great at the box office, or with fans. Even Lady Gaga knows, but she’s not upset.
Quote, “People just sometimes don’t like some things. It’s that simple. And I think to be an artist, you have to be willing for people to sometimes not like it.
“And you keep going even if something didn’t connect in the way that you intended.”
She won’t let the fear of failure keep her from doing her thing. Quote, “When that makes its way into your life, that can be hard to get control of. It’s part of the mayhem.”
(“Mayhem” is, of course, the title of Gaga’s new album, so kudos for sneaking it in there.)
