South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden has chosen Josie Harms to serve as his Press Secretary.
Rhoden says Harms, originally from Slayton, Minnesota, is a talented professional with a bright future. He says he trusts that she will fulfill his commitment to treat the press with openness and responsiveness.
Harms says her goal is to ensure Rhoden’s administration remains transparent, accessible and responsive to the needs of every South Dakotan.
Her first day in the office will be Thursday (February 6, 2025).
