The Gov Grocery building at the Georgia Morse Middle School in Pierre has a fresh coat of paint, thanks to the generosity of some local folks and some not-so-local folks.
School Board member Dennis James says the work was funded by donations.
James encourages people to drive by and take a look.
Gov Grocery is a student food pantry program hosted at Georgia Morse Middle School. During the school year, eligible students select breakfasts, lunches, dinners, extra snacks and drinks for the weekend prior to leaving school on Friday.
