Volunteers do everything there is to do for Special Olympics and more. You are fundraisers, cheerleaders, administrators, chauffeurs, chaperones, trainers, coaches, policymakers, trash collectors, referees, food servers, scorekeepers, and everything in between. You serve without salary, without recognition, honors or awards. Special Olympics would not exist without you – your dedication, your work, or your love.
Thank you, volunteers. You represent the highest values of the human spirit and we are grateful for your service!
We made it! Through rain, cold, and stifling heat, we have completed our 8 Week Challenge.
I have been sharing our weekly Top 10 results. Next week, look for our over-all Top 10 plus a few other interesting statistics.
I’ve had a blast sharing this Challenge with you. Look for new Challenges in the future.
If you are registered for the Challenge but forgot to enter your step, it’s not too late.
