The Boys and Girls Club of the Capital Area is helping support Stanley County Gold by putting on one of the more unique fundraisers that Pierre and Fort Pierre have ever seen. Golf for Gold was created by Steve Steele who oversees the Boys and Girls Club, and the mission is to play 108 holes of golf, all in one day. This marathon fundraiser will be held on July 28th out at Dunes Golf Course, and Steele, myself and a few other brave souls will try to play six full rounds of golf before the sun goes down.
There are many different ways to get involved in this event, you can donate to play some golf, make a pledge for birdies, pars, bogeys etc.. You can guess how long playing 108 holes will take, and plenty more. If you would like to make a donation you can use the link to the Boys and Girls Club below, and if you would like more information on the event, there is a link below for that as well. We will also capture the entire day so if you can’t partake, you can still see the toll 108 holes in a day takes on a person. There are also ways to pledge on behalf of a player, like you see below. Thank you for your support of Stanley County Gold and for the Boys and Girls Club of the Capital Area
