Nov. 12, 2025:
The Capital Area United Way 2025–26 fundraising effort is almost half way (45%) to reaching its goal.
Information sent out by the organization says every donation—no matter the size— helps keep critical programs available for people who rely on them. The moments of impact often happen quietly— but their ripple effects reach across the Pierre, Fort Pierre, Hughes County and Stanley County area.
Through CAUW’s network of partner agencies and community programs, all donations help feed families, provide safe shelter, mentor children, offer resources and ensure everyone has access to the help they need when they need it most.
