An informational meeting to discuss the second year of reconstruction on Euclid Avenue (S.D. Highway 1889, formerly U.S. Highways 14/83) in Pierre will be held next week (Feb. 19, 2026).
The South Dakota Department of Transportation, the City of Pierre and Morris, Inc., will share information about construction timelines and traffic changes, as well as answering questions from affected residents, local businesses, emergency service personnel and other members of the public.
The informational meeting will be held Feb. 19, 2026, (Thursday) at 6pm at Faith Lutheran Church in Pierre (714 North Grand Ave.). A short presentation will be shared at 6pm.
