Customers of the DQ Grill & Chill restaurant in Pierre raised more than $11,000 for the Children’s Miracle Network during Thursday’s Miracle Treat Day (July 30, 2026).
Store Manager Jen Uecker says the store sold a total of 6444 blizzards or blizzard coupons– 309 more than they sold last year– and collected another $5232 for a total of $11,676 raised for the Children’s Miracle Network.
On the annual Miracle Treat Day, participating Dairy Queen locations donate $1 or more of the proceeds from Blizzard® and Blizzard® coupon sales to the Sanford Health Foundation to support kids at Sanford Children’s Hospital– the region’s only Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.
