The portion of the walking path in Pierre located between Ree Street and the Griffin Park swim beach is closed.
A storm sewer pipe is currently being installed between Missouri Avenue and the swim beach. To accomplish this, a portion of the walking path needs to be removed.
Weather permitting, the path is scheduled to be repaired and back open by the end of the month.
