A small fire in a cleaning service van was quickly extinguished mid-afternoon today (July 26, 2022) in Pierre.
Fire Department Assistant Chief Brandon McCarthy says it happened in the 700 block of East Wells Avenue, near the Capitol Bell apartments.
The Pierre Police Department assisted at the scene.
