The second weekend of regional rodeos concluded Sunday with area competitors taking part in rodeos in Winner, New Underwood and Dupree.
Competition at the South Dakota State High School Finals Rodeo will begin Tuesday at the Stanley County Fairgrounds in Fort Pierre.

Southwest Regional Rodeo 2 – New Underwood
Teagan Gourneau of Presho teamed with Matthew Heathershaw of Quinn to win team roping. Gourneau also was fifth in steer wrestling.

Northwest Regional Rodeo 2 – Dupree
Jackson Spencer of Faith won in bull riding. Kashlin Bettelyoun of Eagle Butte finished second in breakaway roping.
