Russell Pywtorak, 83, Eureka, SD, died Monday, January 29, 2024 at the Eureka Community Hospital.

Russell is survived by Linda, his wife of 62 years; four sons—Rusty (Lisa) Pywtorak of Granite Bay, CA, William (Trina) Pywtorak of Front Royal, VA, John (Kelly) Pywtorak and Matthew Pywtorak of Atascadero, CA; one daughter, Linda Lee Pywtorak of Sacramento, CA; two half-brothers—Michael Schadan of Los Osos, CA and Walter Schadan of San Luis Obispo, CA; nine grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

His funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Friday, February 9, 2024 at Lien-Straub-Carlsen Chapel, Eureka, led by Pastor David Warner. Interment follows at the Eureka Cemetery. Visitation commences 10:00 AM Friday the 9th at Lien-Straub.

Services are in care of Lien-Straub-Carlsen Chapel of Eureka.
