Tickets went on sale this week (Feb. 12, 2024) for Pierre Players Community Theatre’s production of “Clue: On Stage.”
For the first time in nearly 20 years, the cost of individual ticket prices has increased. Tickets are $20 in advance for adults and $15 in advance for senior citizens (age 62 and older) and students (high school and under). Tickets at the door are $25 per person. 2024 season memberships are also available.
The Pierre Players board says the increased price will allow them to further their mission of enriching, educating and entertaining central South Dakota through providing quality theater. The increase reflects trends across the state, but will also allow them to enhance patrons’ experiences, with benefits such as an online ticketing system.
It’s a dark and stormy night, and you’ve been invited to a very unusual dinner party. Each of the guests has an alias, the butler offers a variety of weapons, and the host is, well…dead. So whodunit? Join the iconic oddballs known as Scarlet, Plum, White, Green, Peacock and Mustard as they race to find the murderer in Boddy Manor before the body count stacks up. Based on the cult classic film and the popular board game, “Clue: On Stage” is a madcap comedy that will keep you guessing until the final twist.
