Oneida Avenue in Pierre between Prospect and Capitol Avenues closes today (May 13, 2024).
During the closure, the traffic is restricted to residential access only in the construction zone. Through traffic should detour around the area.
The closure is expected to last approximately three weeks, while the street is being rebuilt.
