Morris Inc. will be installing asphalt on East Church Street in Pierre today (May 16, 2024). The East Church Street intersections at North Nicollet Avenue, South Dakota Boulevard, Governors Drive and North Jefferson Avenue will be closed.
Access to the YMCA will be controlled by flagging personnel at the intersection of North Jefferson and East Church Street.
Access to the Kneip Building will be from 4th Street and Governor’s Drive.
Rawlins Library will open one hour late– so at 10am– with access available from North Jefferson Avenue.
All intersections and Church Street will be fully reopened by 7am Friday.
