Final reminder that we have an All-Sports meeting on July 25^th at 6:00. This will be at Riggs High School Gym. All Athletes and parents should attend.

ATHLETIC PHYSICALS:

It is that time of year when athletes and parents are trying to get an appointment for a physical. Don’t wait any longer and get signed up for Tuesday July 30^th. Please see below all information!

Athletic Physical Clinic

Where: Avera Medical Group Pierre 2^nd floor

When: Tuesday, July 30^th 4:00-6:30pm

Cost: $50 cash up front (Insurance will not pay for athletic physical)

Call to schedule: 605-945-5246 Walk-ins also accepted without appointment (last walk-in/app’t will be accepted at 6:30 pm)

Must bring with you:

Parent or legal guardian
SDHSAA Health History Form completed and signed by parent and student
Insurance card—any vaccines needing updated will be billed to insurance
