A new study asked people when they procrastinate the most . . . and apparently, they got specific answers, other than just “ALL THE TIME.”
After analyzing the responses, they determined that PEAK PROCRASTINATION hits at 12:06 P.M. on Mondays.
So it sounds like people get to work on Mondays . . . shake off the cobwebs . . . work for a few hours . . . and then are basically OVER IT by lunchtime.
Overall, 71% of Americans admit to procrastinating. (And the other 29% are actively procrastinating on ANSWERING TRUTHFULLY.)
The study also asked people what they usually find themselves doing OTHER than the things on their to-do list, and the top responses were: Watching TV . . . scrolling through social media . . . taking a nap . . .
Visiting with family and friends . . . grabbing a bite to eat . . . “doing nothing” . . . going for a walk . . . and going shopping.
