Trudell Iron Rope, age 56, of Timber Lake, SD, entered the Spirit World on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Timber Lake, A memorial wake service will begin at 7:00 PM, Friday, September 27, 2024 at the CRST Bingo Hall. A Cremation Memorial Service will begin at 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 28, 2024 at the Bingo Hall, with Mother Ellen Huber officiating. A scattering of cremains ceremony will take place at a later date.
Trudell is survived by his two sons: Lonnie Iron Rope of Fargo, ND and Forest Iron Rope of Idaho Falls, ID, Two daughters, Lakoda Bronco and Nakiyah Howard of Idaho Falls, ID. Seven brothers: Rydell Iron Rope and Durell Rooks of Eagle Butte, Calvin Iron Rope of Rapid City, SD, Bert Rooks, Jr., of Hot Springs, SD, Jesse Rooks of Sioux Falls, Remo Rooks of Clinton, MO and Gerald Mills of Timber Lake, SD. Four sisters: Mary Iron Rope-Renterio of Irving, TX, Suzie Sadek of Ulysses, KS, Lloydell Iron Rope of Graham, TX and Vallen Rooks of Sioux Falls, SD.
