A 29 year old man from Pierre has been arrested in connection with an incident involving a teenager last week in Pierre.
Information from the Pierre Police Department says at approximately 8:30pm on Thursday (Dec. 5, 2024), Patrol Officers were notified of a possible sexual assault occurring at a residence in the 100 block of Hampton Drive in Pierre.
The investigation showed that 29-year-old Reese Clown of Pierre had allegedly provided alcohol to a 13-year-old female and touched her inappropriately. Clown was arrested and taken to the Hughes County Jail charged with furnishing alcohol to a person under 18 and sexual contact with a child under the age of 16.
