Mobridge Wins at Claremont

CLAREMONT – Mobridge Post 4 used a five-run third inning to take control Thursday in a 9-4 Legion baseball win at Claremont.

Mobridge led 2-1 heading into the third, then Trace Cerney improved the lead to 4-1 with a two-run single.  Holden Eisemann’s RBI single gave Mobridge a 5-1 lead.  Gavin Reinert had an RBI groundout later in the inning and Jackson Eisemann hit an RBI single.  Bryston Goehring had two hits and two RBI.  Cerney won on the mound, allowing four hits and striking out seven.
