The Govs had a nice bounce back on the tennis court yesterday after falling in their first grouping to Huron 7-2. The two wins in this series for the Govs both came with Jacob Leiferman on the court. Leiferman winning his singles match against Say Poe 2-0 and then Leiferman and Lucas Hight winning a thriller in their doubles match 2-1 with an exciting 11-9 win in the final set. It was all Govs in the second series though as they took care of a winless Spearfish 8-1. In singles, Lucas Hight, Jacob Leiferman, Noah Lueking, Brady Lowery and Levi Hight all won their matches 2-0. In doubles, Pierre took the clean sweep going a combined 6-1 and wrapping up a dominant day.
