Because of repair work being done on the Interstate 90 overpasses at exit 131/Cactus Flats and exit 191/Murdo, temporary traffic signals are being installed this week.
The temporary signal at the exit 191/Murdo overpass was installed Tuesday, (May 6, 2025). The signal at the exit 131/Cactus Flats overpass will be put up Thursday.
The $2 million project includes concrete removal, repair of the existing bridge decks and a concrete overlay at each location. Work will be completed in phases with one lane of the bridge being worked on at a time. The temporary traffic signals will control the traffic flow.
The overall project completion date is Nov. 14, 2025.
