The Pierre Govs softball team went on the road to Sioux Falls yesterday to take on a talented O’Gorman team and lost 10-0. Even with the shutout, the game was closer than the score would have you believe. O’Gorman got on the board early scoring two runs in the first inning, then added three more in the third. The Govs were in striking distance until the Lady Knights put up five runs in the fifth and took home the win. O’Gorman improved to 5-7 on the season while the Govs fell to 3-15.
