It was a picture perfect day at Hyde Stadium yesterday on Bark at the Park night for the Oahe Zap, and the Zap continued their winning ways with another commanding victory over the Bison Baseball Club. Hundreds of fans, and a few four-legged friends enjoyed beautiful weather and great food on an enjoyable long weekend. The Zap started off sharp with one run in the first, and then five runs in the second to take a 6-1 lead into the third. It wasn’t until the fifth inning before the Zap went scoreless in their frame. The Bison had a few answers, but it was an all-around stellar start on the mound for Zap’s Jake Fuller, who allowed only one hit in his outing.
The Zap got a homerun from Garin Gledhill who tattooed a ball off the center field netting, and they would piece a few more runs together with some smallball to take home the 11-4 win. The Zap have now taken the first three games in the series and will look for the coveted four-game sweep later this afternoon. First pitch is set for 2:30 PM CT and you can listen live on River 92.7 or watch live on DRGnews.com.
