Anthony “Pauly” Schneider, 61, of Mobridge passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at his home in Mobridge.

Anthony Paul ‘Pauly’ Schneider was born in Mobridge, SD on January 17, 1964, to Harvey & Janie Schneider. He graduated from Mobridge H.S. in 1982, received his bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1993 with a major in History, & later received his teaching certificate from NSU. He had a passion for music, spent many decades playing in numerous bands, & opening for Lover Boy ‘back in the day’. Paul had an incredible gift of being able to play or sing a piece of music by ear. He taught H.S. for a few years & most recently was the owner of Pauly’s Pub & Casino.

Survivors include his mother Janie Schulz, SD; stepmother Marcia Schneider, SD; sisters: Paula (Kelly) Cape, SD; Cassie (Jake) Kasparek, SD; Leasa (Carl) Kulm, MN; niece & nephews: Brielle & Caden Kulm; Jason, Dylan & Kegan Kasparek.

Paul was preceded in death by his stepfather Zane Schulz, father Harvey Schneider, & grandparents. Graveside service will be held at a later date.

Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge is in charge of arrangements.
