Traveling around South Dakota on Sunday (Dec. 28, 2025) included gusty winds, low visibility and subzero wind chills, especially on the eastern side of the state.
Kari Fleegel is a Meteorologist at the National Weather Service office in Aberdeen.
Fleegel says we’ll have less wind and temperatures on either side of 30-35 degrees as we close out 2025 and enter 2026.
