Pierre, SD — The Oahe Hockey Association’s “Chase the Ace” fundraiser has reached its 54th and final week, with only one card remaining to be drawn for a minimum pot of $175,856. Time remains to participate in this record-breaking fundraiser supporting youth hockey, with the winner to be drawn at 7:00pm on Thursday, January 15.
Tickets are $10 each and may be purchased via two Venmo accounts: @ohachasetheace or @larissa-freeman-7. The winner will take home half of the pot, with the remainder helping ensure future opportunities for hundreds of young skaters.
“This fundraiser has brought our hockey community together in such an incredible way,” said Bret Afdahl, Oahe Hockey President. “The support we’ve received will make a meaningful impact on our athletes, our rink, and the future of hockey in central South Dakota. OHA owes a huge thank you to the entire OHA Chase The Ace Team for its dedication to this amazing fundraiser.”
Participants can support youth hockey by purchasing tickets in several bundle offers: buy 3 get 1 free, buy 5 get 3 free, or buy 10 get 10 free. Individuals do not need to be present to win and the drawing will stream on Facebook Live.
