Labor Department offering virtual “The Power of Employee Experience” workshop today

The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation is hosting a Workforce Knowledge Series session today (Feb. 12, 2026) on “The Power of Employee Experience.”

This free online session starts at 11:30am CST/10:30am MST and is available via Microsoft Teams. Registration is required. Visit tinyurl.com/dlr-workshops and select the event calendar listing.

Participants of the 45-minute session will learn how a strong employee experience drives engagement, retention, innovation and customer satisfaction. This session will also explore the key elements that shape an exceptional workplace, helping organizations build success from the inside out.

The Workforce Knowledge Series is an ongoing initiative by DLR to share expertise on employment topics, providing valuable tools and resources to help businesses address workforce recruitment, retention and operational challenges.
