Earlier today the South Dakota all-Big Dakota Conference girls team was announced recognizing the top talent from this past season. Leading the charge in terms of numbers went to Cheyenne-Eagle Butte, who finished the season with 17 wins, and Winner who won twelve. Both school had four players each, the Braves represented by Suni Bowman, Mary Dee Dion Pamela Meeter and Cadence Bernie. Winner was represented by Payton Sargent, Kylie Satchjen, followed by two honorable mentions in Livvy Auidss and Lily Barfus.
From Mobridge-Pollock, it was no surprise to see Blake Thompson as she was voted in unanimously by all coaches out of the conference. Thompson was joined by Tegan Konold and Brooke Bain who was an honorable mention.
Stanley County was represented by sophomore Addy Deal, who had one of her best seasons in her young career for the Buffaloes.
From Chamberlain, Natlie Nelson made the team and teammate Kali Randall made honorable mention.
Todd County’s TaShay Leroy made the team as well as McLaughlin’s Rylee Free.
From Crow Creek, Justine Dog Eagle and Allison Wells were both honorable mentions.
