Tuesday afternoon, Mobridge hosted the Big Dakota Conference Track & Field meet welcoming in thier respective conference schools to compete. The strongest showing from both boys and girls events came from the Chamberlain Cubs, who took first in both men’s and women’s team scoring. Below, you will see where each team finished at the end of the day.

On the individual side, Cheyenne-Eagle Butte’s Isabella Ganje had a great day taking first in the 100m and taking third in the 400m. Stanley County’s Brianna Sargent took second in the 400m
For the Chamberlain Cubs, it was a clean sweep in the women’s 800m as Silvana Houska, Kylah Biggins, Amelia LaPointe and Vera Nelson took the 1-4 spots on the leaderboard.
On the men’s side, Isaac Shepherd and Austin Rose took 1 and 2 in the 200m helping the Cubs to a dominant team victory, Shepherd also taking first in the 400m.
Stanley County’s Ryland Magee took second in the 800m and third in the 1600m for the Buffaloes. Demetrius and Xavier Sanchez-Gonzalez took first and second for Cheyenne-Eagle Butte in the 1600m.
