Weather reschedules Pierre Softball to home game Friday; More changes in April & May

The Pierre Softball Games that are scheduled to be played out in Rapid City on April 24^th and 25^th have been postponed due to 42-degree weather and possible snow showers both days. The team busses scheduled to head west have been cancelled.

The weather in Pierre on Friday April 24^th looks a little nicer, 53 degrees. Because of that, Pierre will be playing Spearfish in Pierre. These games are currently scheduled to be played at Riggs Field with Varsity at 4:00 pm and JV 6:00 pm. Coverage will now be held on River 92.7 and streaming live on DRGnews.com/River/.

April 30^th, Pierre will go to Rapid City to play both RC Central and RC Stevens. Game times are 2:30 vs RCC JV, 4:00 vs RCS Varsity and 6:00 vs. RCS JV.

May 1^st and 2^nd tournament in Sioux Falls is still in limbo due to scheduling and will be updated as soon as a decision is made.

On May 15^th, Pierre softball team will be traveling out to Sturgis to play both JV and varsity games. These times are TBD.
