Lincoln Kienholz has made headlines over the past couple of weeks with his transfer from Ohio State to Louisville to take over the starting role for the Cardinals in the upcoming 2026 season. This week, the headline is him giving back to the younger generation of players by hosting an Elite Football Camp for middle and high school athletes on his high school stomping grounds, Hollister Field.
The camp is hosted by Kienholz, who played many great years with the Pierre Governors leading them to multiple state championships. The camp will also benefit the program as all proceeds will go to support Governor football.
It is open to grades 3-6th from 9:30 AM-11:00 AM, followed by a 1:00 PM-2:30 PM session for 7th-12th graders. For non-campers, there will also be a meet and greet plus lunch from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM.
